Tell Weinberg Campus Board of Directors It’s Time for New Leadership at Weinberg Campus!

We are more than 300 workers at Weinberg Campus. We provide care and services for residents at our WNY nursing home. Following a long labor dispute, we were able to reach an 18-month Tentative Agreement with our employer on July 30, 2024 averting a two-day strike. However, we remain worried about our poorly managed non-profit facility.
Weinberg Campus management is delinquent paying our hard-earned benefits, yet those monies are deducted from our paychecks. Our health insurance, dental, optical, pension and union member dues are all delinquent. We are concerned that our benefits might not be available when we need them the most. Weinberg owes us retroactive pay from November 2023 and wage increases from this summer.

Together, we believe it’s time for the President & CEO Robert T. Mayer and the entire Board of Directors to step down making way for new leadership.  We are calling on the New York State Department of Health to save Weinberg Campus, now.  We want to continue providing the best care and services to our residents.  We believe that with new leadership, we can once again become one of the best Senior Care Communities in WNY.

Together, we must demand new leadership now at Weinberg Campus!
